iVision is a highly process oriented company. All processes, forms, checklists, TCD templates, TCR reports and guidelines are available as the Quality Management System and are made available to all team members through its Knowledge Portal. Processes have been grouped as Lifecycle, Lifecycle Support and Management Systems. These processes have been defined using the MRETVX (Measurements, Responsibility, Entry, Task, Verification and Exit) model to provide greater clarity. iVision staff has a lot of experience in different maintenance applications. We are following best testing strategies for maintenance applications like Bug Life Cycle, Manual Testing, White-Box testing and Black-Box Testing. Once an application has been delivered to a client they may choose to maintain it or iVision can maintain it. Our services during this phase would include

releasing patches for any issues discovered after release into production
