The outsourcing model we follow with Business Partners is known as the “Offsite\Offshore Delivery” model. Its key feature is a well defined separation of roles carried out by the offsite partner and the offshore partner. Offsite implies an entity in the same locale as the end client but not physically at the client site. This is the role played by our business partners. We are the offshore partner providing quality technical expertise from a different geographic location.

Offshore Partner –
  Detailed Design
  Development
  System Testing
  Quality Assurance
  Support & Maintenance

At our business partners request we have the ability to handle some of the activities that are normally carried out by them. If needed, we send our staff on site for the duration needed. As desired by our partners, we can either interact with the client or work totally in the background.
