The outsourcing model we follow with Business Partners is known as the “Offsite\Offshore Delivery” model. Its key feature is a well defined separation of roles carried out by the offsite partner and the offshore partner. Offsite implies an entity in the same locale as the end client but not physically at the client site. This is the role played by our business partners. We are the offshore partner providing quality technical expertise from a different geographic location.
